The week of Mar 16, 2026 – Mar 22, 2026
Monday: Still tired after another DIY-heavy weekend. Gym to stretch out. Turned out to be a good work day — feeling optimistic about the current proof of concept. In the evening Susan and I spent more time getting the house back in order after the painting works.
Tuesday: Little to report. Struggling with a georeferenced tiling project.
Wednesday: A frustrating day at work — so close to a good tiling solution, but not quite properly georeferenced, which makes it useless. Gym.
Thursday: Susan left for a few days in Knysna with her mom. Finally getting somewhere with the tiled backdrop project.
Friday: End of sprint, but no review meeting due to absenteeism. A long and tiring week.
Saturday: Quiet day spent on gardening and side project coding. Still managed to get my car washed. Watched the movie Snatch again for the first time in years — very funny.
Sunday: Grocery shopping and computer time trying to get Goose OpenCode working locally with Ollama — unsuccessful. Visited Denise. Chores.
