The week of 2013/02/04 – 2013/02/10
Little to show for it…
Monday: Gym: tough spin class, reading.
Tuesday: Worked late, got stood up for Toad quiz, (or seemingly I’m losing my memory), admin, reading.
When debugging: Think, read, understand. Don’t just try and fix.
Wednesday: Worked late, which prevented me from gymming, something’s gotta give.
Thursday: Poker with the boys, Simon won. I think I’m not cut out for this game.
Friday: Admin for a pending car purchase. Much needed evening walk up Lion’s Head. Watched Breaking Bad: Epic mid season finale.
Saturday: Slept late, reading, caught up with Helga in Noordhoek, gym, coding fun. Finished reading House of Stairs by Barbara Vine.
Finished the first working version of track-convert: a C++11 implementation of a converter for tracked location files as produced by Endomondo to Google Earth. This first version only supports conversion from .tcx and .gpx to .kml and .csv.
Sunday: Slept late, walked once around Tokai Park, grocery shopping, lunch with Mom, gym: legs session, washed my car (only in time for it to rain), scheme language readings.
